Bow Tie Balloons proudly serves  within a 15 mile radius of Florissant Mo, . We also travel for balloon installations! If you would like to place an order outside of our delivery zone, please email us to see if we can accommodate your request. Our service areas are constantly expanding.

What types of events do you provide balloon décor for?

We create balloon décor for all occasions, including:

  • Birthday parties (kids & adults)
  • Weddings & engagements
  • Baby showers & gender reveals
  • Anniversaries & proposals
  • Corporate events & branding
  • Holiday celebrations (Christmas, Halloween, NYE, etc.)
  • Themed parties & special occasions

How far in advance should I place my balloon order?

We strongly encourage booking as soon as you know your event date to avoid possible unavailability.The more time the better. We recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

My event is less than a week away. Can you help me?

We will try our absolute best to accommodate your event! Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to the balloons we currently have in stock. Your balloon order total will be due up front and may be subject to a rush fee.

Do you have a delivery and installation fee?

Yes we do! Delivery and installation fees are calculated in addition to your order.

Installation fee: Our installation fee is 20% of your balloon order subtotal.

Delivery Fee: The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (located at Florissant, MO).

What is your cancellation Policy?

Retainer Fees are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event set up, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability. 
Any cancellations less than 72 hours from your event are subject to additional materials costs if you wish to reschedule.

What are Grab n Go Garlands?

Grab n Go Garlands  are our budget-friendly option that allows you to still add  a POP of elegance without breaking the bank. They are fully constructed by us then picked up and hung by you. Hanging materials and easy to follow instructions are included.

What size vehicle do I need to pick up a Grab & Go Garland?

The size of your grab & go garland will determine the size of the vehicle needed. If you booked a 6ft garland we would suggest a sedan. 
Anything larger, you will need an SUV with all the seats down. The more room the better. The garlands are flexible and can be manipulated to squeeze in, but it’s better to come with an empty vehicle.

Do you come back to take down the balloons?

We only return to break down balloons  to those who have made prior  arrangements. There is an additional  striking fee for the breakdown and disposal of balloons.
